4. Remove Resource. (personal opinion)

The Resource system takes a lot of speed away from the forum. It is also very confusing, when a resource is published, has many tabs, main post, the discussion, the reviews, the updates. It is better the system from before, the user create an post with all the info and attaches the files to it.

Just keep that option OFF for Unregistered Group
