Retail (Don't think that exists on retail anymore)? Private Server (e.g. older versions)? Need a bit more info buddy! As Khonsu said you get them on the website from the server you're playing on. If local you can set it to 127.0.0.1.

It exists, but is just in config.wtf now, previously the game would direct info from realmlist.wtf to config.wtf, guess they figured it was just uneccessary. Which it totally is.

And they use Portal now instead of Logon.
