There's absolutely no reason to provide a VPN in all 195 countries.
A VPN Like NordVPN covers all continents, with multiple countries covered in each continent. You don't really need more than that

Most of the missing countries are close/near the countries that are covered, the latency from one to another shouldn't be unbearable.
(i.e. They're in the same continent.)
Yes, there is a big difference regarding Netflix shows/series etc. from other services as well, but mostly these limitations are within the continent, or Union (such as the European Union).
Not to mention these services also require you being connected from a residential ip-address. As if you are connecting through a datacenter, such as OVH's many datacenters, you will be blocked by the service itself.

When choosing a VPN, you should look if there's any court cases with the VPN in question, look specifically for if they can provide logs or not.
I believe Private Internet Access has a court case, where they proved to truly not be logging any user-activity.

Never said your service is from OVH, it was simply an example, to get my point across. =)
I've been abroad before, and there was no issue using my PayPal account for purchases in other countries, I'm sure they take into account you travel now and then.

But it sounds like your target audience is quite small, mostly third-world countries aren't supported by the major VPNs.
